Punta Sirena
Punta Sirena is a seaside venue in Acapulco from the chef Eduardo Palazuelos, a gastronomic sanctuary built around dinner barefoot on the sand, beneath open sky. Reachable by land or by sea, it honors the fishing tradition of the Mexican Pacific, the kitchen cooking over coconut-wood coals. Acapulco at its most elemental: the beach, the food, and the long line of the horizon.
