One&Only Palmilla
One&Only Palmilla is the old guard of Los Cabos, a resort dating to the 1950s on a swimmable stretch of the Sea of Cortez, anchored by its white hilltop chapel, which has presided over weddings for decades. The grounds run to gardens, restaurants and golf above the water. It carries a settled, established luxury the newer resorts along the corridor are still working toward.
