La Fábrica Patio
La Fábrica Patio occupies a restored former factory in the old Barrio de Xochimilco, one of the oldest neighborhoods of Oaxaca City. The conversion kept the building's industrial character and added a contemporary layer, organized around a central patio and fountain. It works as a semi-public, multi-use space, a venue with the texture of working Oaxaca rather than its colonial postcard.
