Hacienda Tekik de Regil
Tekik de Regil is among the oldest haciendas in Yucatán, with origins in the sixteenth century, a survivor of the state's colonial era and now part of the Catherwood collection of restored estates. Inside the walls are mature gardens, the old engine house, a chapel, and a main house with a pair of suites. It carries the grandeur of the Yucatán belle époque without the gloss, the architecture left to speak plainly.
