Hacienda Pedregal
Hacienda El Pedregal dates to 1560, founded to work the tepetate quarries on the northwestern edge of the Valley of Mexico. By 1900 its land ran past 1,700 hectares. Today the estate is a venue, but the bones are original: a traditional Mexican hacienda with a walled garden, vaulted salons and a working hacienda kitchen. It carries the history of Atizapán in its walls and hands a piece of it to whatever is held there.
