Hacienda Chablé
Chablé Yucatán is a restored henequen hacienda deep in the Mayan jungle outside Mérida, where the old colonial structures have been crossed with a spare contemporary architecture. The estate is built around a cenote, the natural limestone sinkhole the Maya held sacred, and the spa is constructed around it. Ceremony and stillness sit close together here. The jungle keeps the place quiet and the light filtered.
