El Santuario Resort
El Santuario sits on the shore of the Valle de Bravo lake, built into a natural rock monument that has stood for over a hundred million years, sixteen hundred meters up. Its founder Michel Domit conceived it as a wellness retreat, organized around healing, stillness and the presence of the mountain. Forest, lake and ancient stone make the setting, and the resort treats them as the substance rather than the backdrop.
